Return and Refund Policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered flowers.
All return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Conditions for Returns:
The product must be in its original condition, including the packaging.
Proof of damage or incorrect delivery must be provided (e.g., clear photos showing the issue).
Flowers that have been opened, used, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
Refund Process:
Once your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
A refund is only issued for the price of the flowers and not for delivery fees, unless the error was on our part.
Exchange Options:
If you would prefer an exchange for a different arrangement, please contact our customer support team within the return window.
Any price difference will be handled accordingly.
Exceptions:
Custom floral arrangements, sale items, or items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.
In the case of seasonal or limited-edition arrangements, refunds or returns are not accepted after the delivery is made.
